I think you should accept me over other applications because, I have lots of administration experience behind me and I have learned a lot in the last 12 years enough to make me a Stellar staff member. I work hard and will be very dedicated to this community. My main goal is to help build friendships between the staff team and players and to make sure that we as a community continue to grow and prosper. You should pick me because I will be a loyal player and will go out of my way to help any player and staff member who enters the server until I go to bed in the evening. I will work endlessly to resolve issues trying to avoid banning and or kicking which will in the end result help our player base to continue to grow, showing players that we do care about everyone and that we will go out of our way to make sure that they are behaving and having fun will result in a community where everyone is happy. However I do believe that if someone is going to continually break server rules and or being very disrespectful towards members and or staff members we should step in and take appropriate actions. I also think that you should accept today's type of player base. But I also think however that if my application was not to be accepted over another persons whom is more qualified then myself that I would be happy about that as well for the fact that everyone should be given the equal opportunity to learn and grow in administration. Therefore I will still do everything in my ability to make sure that everyone is following the rules and behaving, and any rule breakers and or disruptive actions will be reported to staff members. I really look forward to working with the staff members and meeting members within our community on EN. Thanks for giving my the opportunity to apply and to play on your servers, I hope to have the best of best relationship with this community and the players within, If I can ever assist you and or any staff members please message me on steam and or in game and ill do my best to help you in the quickest and most professional way possible.
As outlined above I believe it is for these reasons that I would be an excellent candidate for the Server Manager or Staff Manager roles. As I have been in administration for many years I have learned the required skill sets to be a proficient leader and teacher in my roles. I have also learned however the proper ways to dealing with internal issues and resolving them in a timely manner, All my staff members are my first priority alongside with the member base of the community, I will do every last thing to teach any staff member who walks into our server to be the best of the best staff members. I myself am still using every last second to learn and explore different ways of administration that will help the server grow and benefit. Therefore I believe that I am the best candidate for the Server Manager and or Staff Manager positions.
Any Experience?:
A: I have been Staff within many communities since I was 9 Years old. Yes that is a very long time and I started at a very young age. Within that time I have literally been almost every rank you can Image, Those Ranks include: Owner, Co Owner, Superadmin, Admin, Moderator, Community Director, Community Manager, Head Administrator, Senior Officer, Senior Admin, Senior Management, Division Director, Community Relations, Staff Director, Dev, Community Asst. Manager, Support Team, Support Team Leader, Support Team Supervisor, Operations Director, Chief Marketing Officer, Server Manager, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Head Administrator, Staff Manager, Chief Staffing Officer, Trial-Staff, Trial-Moderator. I have been an administrator for many different types of organizations and gamemodes, those include but are not limited to: DARK RP, CWRP, CINEMA, CS:S JAILBREAK, GMOD JAILBREAK, MILITARY RP, Hellzone RP, Gold Star RP, Free Build Servers, Superior Servers, Legion Networks, Creativegaminglife, Perp, There are so many communities and or Game-modes that I have staffed on it is impossible to remember all the ranks and or communities I have been associated with. Throughout my time in administration I have had to deal with many different situations and have had to resolve them in many ways. For the most part however I try to work with the player and figure out the problem they are having or why they are breaking server rules, It is always my number one goal to keep the players we gain on the server however if they fail multiple times to follow the orders or rules given by the community managers and or staff members then I will have to act accordingly to preserve the game-play and the enjoyment of the other community members and Players.

If there was no one on the server, would you stay to help populate it, or would you leave?:
A: Depending on the day or time of the server down time, For Example if it is 3 AM and no one is on I would probably honestly get off for the night and head to bed. That said I would probably AFK on the server because it gives the server a Higher Ranking on the Server Rankings due to activity. If you want your server to stand out you should strive to get a higher activity score among other Dark RP Servers. If it is during the day I would still stay and play and invite as many players or friends that I could based off my friends list.
