I held the position on arma 3 life for a year before the server shut down Do you have a clear, working microphone?: Yes Why do you want to be staff on Exitium Networks? (1 Paragraph Minimum): I would like to become a member of staff because I feel like I can help players with anything they ask, i am friendly and mature but I can also be firm when I need to be. I try to ensure every player is having fun and would like to come back to the server, I also love getting involved with the community in dark Rp like finding out what gangs are fighting so it shows that the staff can have fun as well and aren't just there to ban people. How are you better than other applicants? (1 Paragraph Minimum): I can be on the server during the week for about 7 hours a day and weekends I can be on all day (depending if I have plans) But I am very non biased, I give everyone a chance to explain themselves instead of going on a power trip and just banning someone for killing another player without knowing the reason. I have years of experience running communities and moderating them so I know a lot about how to handle certain situations with different approaches. I'm patient with the players I will take as much time as it needs to help a player with anything they ask for.
